Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points

HACCP or Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, is a set of procedures dedicated to preventing possible food contamination.
HACCP is based on the monitoring of food "processing points" where there is a risk of contamination, whether of a biological, chemical or physical nature. It is systematic and scientifically based; its purpose is to identify and analyze dangers and develop suitable systems for their control (in the sense of "regulation").
Promoting the concept of prevention, it analyzes the possible dangers that can be verified in each phase of the production process and in the subsequent phases such as storage, transport, conservation and sale.
In other words, this control aims to monitor the entire food production and distribution chain; the aim is to identify the phases of the process which may represent a critical point.
The system places an important emphasis on food quality, in particular with regard to safety; this concept goes beyond simple customer satisfaction, aiming at the protection of public health.
integrated pest management

In order to respect the nature to which we owe so much, thanks to the commitment of our farmers and our agronomist, who help and direct them, our products are grown with the integrated pest management method.
This cultivation method provides for a drastic reduction (rationalization) in the use of pesticides.
Some of the precautions provided by this cultivation method that we put into practice are:
tracking and tracing

From the nursery to delivery to our customer, each step is annotated in order to guarantee the full tracking and tracing of our products.
